Bloom is Lia's own studio. She starts every visit by listening: how you wear your hair day to day, how much time you have in the morning, what you want to see in the mirror when you leave.

Then she takes her time. No rushed appointments, no double bookings. You get her full attention from the first wash to the last coat of polish.
